FISA Update

Word out there in Blogikistan today is that the House is about to capitulate and approve some form of telecom immunity later this week and then the whole thing lands in court as Sen. Russ Feingold has predicted. What a slog it will be.
Meanwhile, remember the premise behind this assault on the Constitution.
